Paulo is a Specialist in Business Development, Strategic Planning and Command and Control. He brings his valuable experience in developing scenarios for corporate and critical systems and merging operational and Science and Technology needs.
Retired General Officer of the Brazilian Air Force, last position in the Air Force – Chief Information Officer (CIO), during his career he worked in the areas of strategic planning and strategic management, as well as team coordination to facilitate activities, with national and international teams focused on Science and Technology, in addition to having been a pilot and instructor in Fighter Aircraft.
At the Brazilian Space Agency, he was Director of Licensing and Space Transport and Director of Strategic Intelligence and New Business at the Brazilian Space Agency. Speaker at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC), in 2019 and, representative of Brazil in the International Space Exploration Coordination Group, among other activities.
